Perspective

This work shows the perspective of honeybees, not humans, but the weak. It's like the position of
people who have to leave their areas, and the weak, honeybee fights wasps and eventually dies. It
conveys how cruel and ruthless the strong was in the eyes of the weak honeybees. Perspectives,
It is an observation of honeybees disappearing around me. Making several hexagonal lenses
using a kaleidoscope illustrates their perspectives, so I made hexagon pillars that were inspired by
the honey bee’s eyes. After observing the movement and gaze of honeybees first with visual data,
they were taken from above using a long camera stand, and these movements were expressed by
shaking the camera up and down like waves to imitate the movement of honeybees. Observation
of the inside of the flower was taken using a microscope, and the sound of honeybees was
especially minimised in this part. When fighting a wasp for visual effect, the sound of hitting the
wall, the sound of each other's wings, and the sound of construction and cars in between are
reminiscent of the moment when you have to leave, which is seen as a human gaze. For the
honeybee that entered the room, and the slightly tense atmosphere, the sound was increased and
the tempo was quickly combined to create tension in the indoor space. In the first picture, the
video was played directly on the picture using a beam projector. After re-shooting the images
taken with a hexagonal kaleidoscope, these hexagons were recombined into media work inspired
by the honeybee's house shape. Inspired by the colour spectrum seen in the honeybee's field of
view, it has been filtered in various colours except for red.
